Situated in Chantilly, on the site of a state-owned forest, the R55 estate is home to a Situated in Chantilly, on the site of a state-owned forest, the R55 estate is home to a jewel of modernist architecture, the Villa Besson, designed by the French architect Jean Balladur (who also designed the Grande Motte) and completed in 1965.

Following a lengthy renovation, the estate now offers a unique cultural experience, orchestrated by Haute Renommee Gallery, for both professional and private clients.

The few articles devoted to this villa (1957-1965) emphasise the conceptual and formal kinship between it and the Farnsworth house that Ludwig Mies van der Rohe built in Plano, Illinois (United States).


 

House of glass near Paris, this residence initially secondary finds today its first functions : to offer an immersion and offer a breath of creativity.

It rests on a metal framework made up of IPE (European I-Profile) iron frames that give the impression of a theory of eight gantries, but in reality several additional posts, some left exposed, complete the structure.

 

R55 is a modern, multi-faceted venue for meetings, discoveries and experiences.

Ideal for audiovisual productions, photo shoots and event organisation.

The fitting-out of this architectural work was entrusted to haute renommee studio, a studio created in 2016 by renommee Investment, dedicated to architecture and space design.

This venue expresses a desire to conserve, promote and create unique experiences around remarkable architectural heritage. The creative entity, haute renommee studio, has worked to integrate this new venue into the haute renommee gallery experience, offering a high level of hospitality services.
